Program Structure and Curriculum
To earn your AAS, you must complete 60 required credit hours. HCC focuses on hands-on learning with dedicated faculty, requiring 23-25 credit hours of classroom instruction, while remaining credits can be taken online for increased flexibility. The comprehensive curriculum prepares you for a dual role of managing administrative duties and performing vital clinical tasks.
- Administrative Duties: Scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, arranging hospital and outpatient admissions.
